## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As the GMP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating our operational standards. You will oversee compliance protocols, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and guarantee that every roll of film leaving our facility meets the highest benchmarks of quality and hygiene.
Core Duties
* Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across all production floors.
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Halal Assurance System (SJH) and ISO standards.
* Ensure workplace safety and health (K3) regulations are strictly followed by all personnel.
* Collaborate closely with production machine operators to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.
* Conduct regular internal audits and deliver continuous improvement training for operational teams.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the exact same role or a comparable quality/production leadership position.
* Industry Background: Prior experience working directly within the manufacturing sector, preferably within plastics or flexible packaging production.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility to work in either shift or non-shift schedules as required by operational demands.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates residing in or around the Sidoarjo area will be given priority.
Essential Technical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Familiarity with the Halal Assurance System (SJH) standards.
* Working knowledge of ISO quality management frameworks.
* Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Deep familiarity with plastic production machinery and manufacturing operations.
