Operational Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift operators.
* Plant & Infrastructure Operators: ESP, Back Furnace, Hoist Crane, Water Production (WTP/WWTP), Boiler, and Turbine operators.
Supervisory Positions (Foreman)
* General & Maintenance: Heavy Equipment, Conveyor, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln.
* Processing Units: Dryer, Desulfurizer, Mixing Worker, Grinding, Raw Coal Drying, and Sulfur Production foremen.
Skilled Technical & Specialized Roles
* Production Support: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag, Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer, Skimmer & Tapper, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln.
* Maintenance & Engineering: Mechanics, Welders, Electricians, and Instrument Technicians.
* Laboratory: Chemical Analysts.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: At least one year of relevant professional experience in the applied field.
3. Certification: Possession of an active SIO (Operator License) or SIM BII Umum, along with other industry-specific certifications relevant to the position.
