## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team. This role is essential for maintaining the seamless flow of inventory and ensuring that our distribution standards remain at their peak.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Administrator, your daily contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain. Your primary duties include:
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the intake of products and verifying that all incoming shipments strictly match our quality and quantity standards.
* Storage Optimization: Implementing best practices for product storage, strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Stock Accuracy: Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure the physical condition of goods aligns with our digital records.
* Data Management: Meticulously documenting all product movements to ensure perfect synchronization between physical stock and administrative databases.
* Audit Compliance: Conducting regular, systematic stock audits (stock opname) to ensure operational transparency.
* Reporting: Preparing and delivering comprehensive operational warehouse reports on a consistent basis to management.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate discipline, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with at least one year of professional warehouse experience will be prioritized.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory workflows, and FIFO/FEFO methodologies.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and precision skills.
* Teamwork: A proven ability to perform effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
* Logistics: Must be able to operate a vehicle.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Serang area.
