1. HR Admin
The HR Admin will play a pivotal role in managing our internal data processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. We are looking for a candidate who is data-driven, analytical, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, or Information Systems.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, specifically with functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, and Pivot Tables.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with a high aptitude for data management.
* A genuine interest in working with complex administrative datasets.
* Ability to onboard and start working immediately.

2. HR Intern (Paid Position)
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in the machinery and industrial equipment industry. You will receive mentorship and insight into professional HR practices.
