## Job Responsibilities
As a Utility Operator at our state-of-the-art paper cup factory, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational continuity of our production facility. Your core daily duties will include:
* Operating, monitoring, and servicing essential utility facilities, such as Air Conditioning systems, Air Compressors, Chillers, and Water Treatment Systems.
* Recording and maintaining precise daily operational logs to track equipment performance.
* Executing routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules to optimize machine efficiency and eliminate unexpected downtime.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational anomalies quickly and effectively.
* Adhering strictly to corporate safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental regulations across all assigned tasks.
* Compiling and submitting comprehensive daily operational reports to management.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit for this technical role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school graduate (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Utility Operator.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of industrial support machinery, specifically compressors, chillers, and core utility infrastructure.
* Safety Awareness: Foundational knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility and willingness to work within a rotational shift system.
* Preferred Qualification: Prior work experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial production setting.
