Core Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager capacity.
* Industry Expertise: Demonstrable success in executing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret complex engineering and technical drawings.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover.
* Ensure rigorous compliance with project documentation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
* Manage financial resources, including budget control and cost estimation.
* Develop, implement, and track project schedules to guarantee timely milestone completion.
