## Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet specific academic and professional criteria. Halliburton values candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and a collaborative spirit.
* Field Engineer: Must hold a minimum S1 (Bachelor’s) degree in a STEM field.
* Maintenance Engineer: Must hold a minimum S1 (Bachelor’s) degree in a STEM field.
* Technical Roles: Maintenance, Equipment, or Lab Technicians must hold a minimum D3 (Associate) degree in a STEM field.
* Field Associate Program: Open to S1 (Bachelor’s) graduates from non-STEM backgrounds.
* General Eligibility: Candidates must have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English, a dedicated work ethic, and the flexibility to work in various locations worldwide.
