## Key Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate the following technical proficiencies and professional background:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience operating SMT machinery.
* Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to operate Samsung-brand SMT machines effectively.
* Component Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various SMT components, including the ability to accurately identify and read technical specifications for each piece.
* Industry Background: Previous experience working within a dedicated PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) factory environment.
* Digital Skills: Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
* Preferred Qualifications: Experience utilizing the G-ERP (Global Enterprise Resource Planning) system is considered a distinct advantage.
