1. Mechanical Officer
* Responsibilities: Plan industrial machinery maintenance schedules, including preventive care; manage maintenance teams and resources; generate detailed repair reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. GPA 3.00); proficient in 3D technical drawing (AutoCAD) and MS Excel; strong communication skills.
2. Instrument Officer
* Responsibilities: Design control systems (hardware and software); manage instrumentation calibration and spare parts; analyze and resolve control system malfunctions.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Industrial Electronics (min. GPA 3.00); expertise in PLC, SCADA, SQL, IoT, and IT networking; critical thinking skills.
3. R&D Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage the natural enemy production laboratory; oversee research, identification, and field testing of biological pest control; ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Plant Protection, or Agronomy (min. GPA 3.00); minimum 1 year of lab management experience; skilled in morphological or molecular pest identification.
4. Accounting Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closings; ensure financial documentation adheres to regulatory standards; provide analytical insights for management reporting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (min. GPA 3.00); minimum 5 years of experience; expertise in ERP systems, taxation, and financial analysis; strong problem-solving capabilities.
5. IT Security Officer
