## Role Overview: Manufacturing Engineer Staff
As a Manufacturing Engineer Staff member at Nanoland, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and functional hardware production. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the assembly, integration, and optimization of electronic systems that power our projects.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be vital to maintaining the high standards of our manufacturing workshop. Key duties include:
* System Integration: Managing the assembly, installation, and seamless integration of hardware components, with a specific focus on Arduino-based systems and various microcontrollers.
* Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous functional testing and troubleshooting for both final production units and complex prototypes.
* Operational Efficiency: Supporting daily workshop activities to ensure production targets are met without compromising quality standards.
* Maintenance & Inventory: Overseeing the upkeep of manufacturing tools and ensuring the availability of essential electronic components within the production area.
* Technical Documentation: Drafting precise records, technical reports, and comprehensive documentation regarding assembly processes and system repairs.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who balances technical proficiency with a proactive mindset. The ideal applicant will meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Electronics Engineering (Low Current).
* Technical Expertise: Strong fundamental knowledge in Arduino programming and practical experience with microcontroller modules.
* Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates possessing 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly will be prioritized.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading, interpreting, and applying basic to intermediate electronic circuit schematics.
* Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a high level of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong drive for continuous learning.
