## Professional Opportunities at Gotion Green Energy
We are currently hiring for several key positions across our manufacturing and administrative departments. Please review the qualifications for each role carefully.
1. Process Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment as a Process Engineer.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Must be active in English.
2. PPIC Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes.
* Experience: Preference for 2+ years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control. Fresh graduates who are fluent in Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Expertise: Deep knowledge of production materials and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Sum-if).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing procurement. Must be fluent in English.
4. Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related major.
* Compliance: Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a QMS role with advanced computer literacy.
5. Lean Manufacture Engineer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing setting.
* Expertise: Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and fluency in English.
6. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Certification: HSK 5 or higher is required.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal communication, and fluency in Mandarin. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
7. Warehouse Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. Must hold a valid SIO Forklift certificate and be comfortable operating forklifts and utilizing Excel.
8. HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR functions; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
* Special Requirements: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. Proficient in Indonesian labor laws and performance management. This role is based in Cikarang.
