## 1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This high-visibility role centers on advising global investors, accelerating business expansion, and acting as a bridge between local stakeholders and our international divisions. We are looking for an ambitious professional with exceptional interpersonal acumen, bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, and a thorough working knowledge of Indonesian corporate establishment protocols.
Core Responsibilities
* Conduct high-level consultations with international clients through both virtual and in-person meetings.
* Manage the complete sales pipeline, ranging from inquiry follow-ups and proposal generation to contract execution and payment coordination.
* Cultivate enduring client relationships, ensuring seamless, responsive, and holistic support throughout their corporate journey in Indonesia.
* Advise foreign investors on establishing foreign-owned companies (PT PMA), navigating business visa categories, securing commercial office leases, and managing ongoing compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree specializing in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
* Mandatory fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking clientele.
* Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) for seamless communication with global partners.
* Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles, ideally within corporate services, immigration, or professional consulting.
* Working familiarity with Indonesian PT PMA incorporation frameworks, immigration procedures, and commercial real estate requirements.

Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
* At least two years of professional experience in financial accounting, tax compliance, or auditing, preferably within a corporate services or advisory firm background.
* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and PT PMA compliance mandates.
