1. Fresh Graduate Site Administrator
This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who possess strong organizational skills and a background in business or administrative operations.
* Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology.
* Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Possess the flexibility and commitment to work on-site in Zambia.
2. Fresh Graduate Site Engineer
We are looking for technical graduates with a passion for large-scale construction to oversee project engineering tasks and ensure structural excellence.
* Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Exhibit technical competence in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Tekla, or Navisworks.
* Willingness to undergo preparatory work at our Cikarang workshop in West Java before formal deployment to the Zambian project site.
