1. Tender Administration Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our project bidding processes and ensure our documentation meets the highest professional standards.
* Prepare, organize, and manage comprehensive tender documentation in accordance with project requirements.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure the completeness of all bid submissions.
* Monitor tender progress, perform follow-ups, and maintain an organized project database.
* Ensure all submissions are delivered on time and strictly adhere to established procedures.
* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major.
* 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil and gas industries.
* Strong understanding of bidding processes and contractual documentation.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines.
2. Management Representative (ISO System)
As a Management Representative, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
* Oversee the implementation and development of the company’s management systems.
* Manage and audit compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and external certification bodies.

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or Management.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Management Representative or in a QHSE/ISO system role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks.
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in the fabrication, EPC, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
