# Career Opportunities at Eni Indonesia: Join a Global Leader in Energy
Eni, a prominent integrated international energy company headquartered in Italy, continues to drive innovation across the global energy landscape. With a robust presence in 73 countries and a dedicated workforce of approximately 33,000 professionals, Eni is at the forefront of exploration and production. Its operations span key regions, including West and North Africa, the United States, South America, the North Sea, Kazakhstan, and Asia.
In Indonesia, Eni maintains a significant operational footprint, holding participating interests in 14 Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), 10 of which are operated by the company. These assets stretch across the archipelago—from Krueng Mane in Aceh to the Arguni I block in West Papua, and from the northern borders of Ambalat to the southern reaches of West Timor. This strategic positioning reflects Eni’s core philosophy: balancing operations in established business hubs with exploration in frontier areas to maximize hydrocarbon discovery and manage risk effectively.
To support its continued growth and strengthen its organizational capabilities, Eni Indonesia is inviting qualified professionals to join its team. The company is currently seeking experts to fill key roles as of November 2024.
