As a Site Officer Shift, you will serve as the operational backbone at customer locations, ensuring that fuel distribution runs seamlessly, safely, and efficiently. Core responsibilities include:
* Managing and supervising daily operations involving the receipt, storage, and dispatch of fuel at designated customer sites.
* Maintaining optimal fuel stock levels to meet operational demands while strictly adhering to safety thresholds.
* Conducting routine monitoring, documentation, and reconciliation of fuel inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Overseeing bulk storage tank management, which includes accurate volume measurement, product quality control, and facility upkeep.
* Identifying and reporting inventory variances (gains and losses) while executing preliminary investigations into potential product discrepancies.
* Supervising fuel intake from suppliers and managing distribution to end-users in strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
* Collaborating closely with customers, transporters, and internal operational teams to guarantee uninterrupted fuel supply chains.
