Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals ready to launch their careers in the heart of Indonesia’s forestry sector. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old at the time of application.
* Status: Not currently enrolled in any academic or further study programs.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at operational sites in West Kalimantan.
* Skill Set: Strong demonstration of leadership through campus or community involvement, coupled with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

1. Bintalfisdis: A comprehensive program focused on mental, physical, and disciplinary conditioning.
2. In-Class Training: Rigorous theoretical sessions to build a foundation in modern forestry management.
3. On-the-Job Training: Hands-on field practice to master nursery and plantation operations.
4. Graduation: Official placement into the company upon successful completion of the training cycle.
