## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking driven, resilient, and intellectually curious individuals who are ready to make an immediate impact. To be considered for our program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Mechatronic) or Business fields (Accounting or Management) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with no more than one year of professional work experience.
