## Current Open Positions in Batam (Shipyard Operations)
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our shipyard teams in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Candidates must be committed to maintaining high safety standards and workplace efficiency.
1. Operator Gantry Crane
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gantry Crane Operator in a shipyard environment.
* Certifications: Must possess an active SIO and relevant certification.
* Competencies: Proficient in lifting, moving, launching, delivery, docking, and undocking processes.
2. Helper Gantry Crane
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Helper in shipyard crane operations.
* Certifications: Active SIO and safety certifications required.
* Competencies: Experienced in supporting lifting, launching, and docking procedures.
3. Operator Crane
* Requirements: Experience as a Head Crane operator with a focus on material handling for engine units.
* Certifications: Must hold an active SIO.
4. QC Hull & Outfitting
* Education: Minimum D3 in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or Ship Systems.
* Experience: At least 2 years in shipyard QC operations.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in weld inspection, NDT, WI, and WE certifications, and ability to manage weekly progress reports.
5. QC Piping & Mechanic
* Education: Minimum D3 in Engineering, preferably Naval Architecture or Ship Systems.
* Experience: At least 2 years of QC experience in piping and mechanical shipyard work.
* Technical Skills: Qualified in NDT, WI, and WE; adept at reporting and weld inspection.
6. Supervisor (SPV) Hull & Outfitting
* Education: Minimum D3 in Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role for new builds.
* Competencies: Proficient in project scheduling, coordinating with Class/Sub-contractors, and creating PICA reports.
## Corporate and Regional Roles

7. Technical Support (Jakarta)
* Education: D3 Naval Architecture or Ship Systems.
* Responsibilities: Managing warranty claims, on-board inspections, service coordination, and technical damage analysis.
8. Safety Officer (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)
* Education: D3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in K3 with a mandatory AK3 Umum certificate.
* Key Skills: Conducting safety patrols, JSA creation, PICA resolution, and leading safety training programs.
9. Warehouseman (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)
* Education: SMA/SMK/D3.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations.
* Competencies: Skilled in SAP, MS Office, and warehousing processes. Must possess an active SIO for Forklift, Crane, or Truck.
