3. Engineering Stream: Civil, Mechanical, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

## Essential Qualifications for Applicants
To be considered for the LEOPARD program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Diploma IV or a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields mentioned above.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Academic Standing: Maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00.
* Industry Passion: Demonstrate a genuine interest in the palm oil sector.
* Mobility: Show a willingness to be stationed in Kalimantan.
