## Position Overview: Registration Staff
As a Registration Staff member at PT. Derma Elok Farma, you will serve as the crucial link between our innovative product development teams and regulatory authorities. Your expertise will ensure that all manufactured cosmetics meet stringent legal standards before reaching consumers.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be entrusted with managing the lifecycle of product compliance documentation. Your daily duties will include:
* Documentation Preparation: Compile, review, and organize comprehensive registration dossiers for newly developed products, product renewals, and variation updates.
* Regulatory Submission: Seamlessly submit all required documentation to the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) in strict accordance with current regulatory frameworks and timelines.
* Information Management: Maintain an impeccably organized, secure, and easily accessible archive of all approved product documentation and regulatory correspondence.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a proactive professional who can hit the ground running. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience specializing in regulatory affairs or product registration within the cosmetic manufacturing sector.
* BPOM Proficiency: Demonstrated, practical familiarity with navigating BPOM submission procedures and compliance standards.
* Geographic Preference: Candidates residing in the Tangerang area will be given preferential consideration.
* Bonus Qualifications: Direct understanding and practical knowledge of Halal assurance systems and certification processes will provide a distinct advantage during the selection process.
