## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for self-motivated, high-achieving individuals ready to make an impact in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. To be considered for the Management Trainee Batch XIII, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with less than one year of professional experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Personal Attributes:
