## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in Parts Sales or as a Mechanic is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: A basic understanding of the Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) and troubleshooting methodologies is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills:
* Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
