## Join Our Graduate Trainee Program
We are currently seeking talented, driven individuals to join our team in Indonesia through our comprehensive Graduate Trainee programs. Whether your passion lies in the commercial side of the business or deep within technical research, Croda offers a structured 24-month, full-time program designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.
Program Core Objectives
During this 24-month rotational program, successful candidates will immerse themselves in the full spectrum of our business operations, including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales. Key learning outcomes include:
* Holistic Business Exposure: Gain deep insights into departmental workflows with a specialized focus on R&T applications.
* Expert Mentorship: Collaborate with seasoned professionals across the region to master the chemistry and technology behind modern personal care and cosmetic products.
* Market Intelligence: Acquire a robust understanding of the personal care landscape, ingredient ecosystems, and competitive market dynamics.
* Practical Contribution: Translate complex technical knowledge into tangible business applications and high-impact solutions.

## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a closely related scientific field.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.20 (Bachelor’s) or 3.50 (Master’s) on a 4.00 scale.
* Research Passion: A genuine interest in research and development, combined with a willingness to work extensively in a laboratory setting.
* Technical Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities, an aptitude for problem-solving using data-driven insights, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Interpersonal Skills: A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to lead, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within diverse, fast-paced teams.
* Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
Note: Previous experience or internships within the Personal Care and Cosmetics industry will be considered a significant advantage.
