## Position Overview: General Affair Staff

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee daily operational support to ensure seamless facility management. Your core duties will include:
* Operational Management: Balance daily responsibilities with roughly 40% dedicated to field oversight and 60% focused on administrative tasks.
* Facility & Asset Maintenance: Monitor office and field cleanliness while ensuring all company assets remain in optimal, ready-to-use condition.
* Inventory Control: Manage office supplies and uniforms to guarantee adequate stock levels at all times.
* Vendor & Agreement Administration: Oversee contract renewals, monitor ongoing work agreements, and handle vendor invoice processing efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a General Affair role.
* Location: Local residents based in Cikarang, Bekasi, or Karawang are given priority.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high intelligence, diligence, resilience, and a fast-learning capability.

Compensation & Benefits
