General Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in relevant fields.
PPKA:* Railway Transport Management, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems.
TPJKA – JJB:* Building Technology, Railway Tracks, or Civil Engineering.
TPJKA – STL:* Railway Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering (Weak Current).
* Age: Minimum 20 years; maximum 27 years (or up to 32 years with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience).
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm (men) and 160 cm (women); must not be color blind or wear prescription glasses.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent physical and mental health, non-smoker, resilient under pressure, and willing to work overtime as required.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, and readiness to be stationed anywhere within the South Sulawesi work territory.
