As the operator of the Batang 2 x 1,000 MW power plant in Central Java, we are proud to drive one of the nation’s most significant Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. Recognized as a National Strategic Project, the Batang Power Plant is essential in bolstering the country’s energy security and fueling industrial growth. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our operational excellence.
## Current Open Positions
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our Batang facility:
1. Heavy Equipment Operator (Code: HEOP)
* Operate heavy machinery safely and conduct pre-operational checks per maintenance standards.
* Maintain accurate operational logs and ensure smooth shift handovers.
* Support coal handling activities and maintain site cleanliness.
* Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
* Minimum Senior Vocational School (SMK) graduate.
* Valid heavy equipment operator license (SIO) for wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or dump trucks is preferred.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; English literacy is required.
2. Instrument & Control Junior Technician (Code: ICJT)
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on I&C systems.
* Manage workshop tools and update maintenance documentation, including SOPs.
* Participate in outage activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of industrial I&C maintenance experience; fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; excellent verbal and written English skills.
3. Mechanical Junior Technician (Code: MEJT)
* Maintain mechanical systems to ensure optimal plant performance.
* Perform repairs, system upgrades, and routine inspections.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are compliant with safety and quality standards.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
* 1–2 years of experience in coal-fired power plant maintenance is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
4. Electrical Junior Technician (Code: ELJT)
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical infrastructure to maintain system reliability.
* Perform electrical upgrades and conduct routine safety inspections.
* Support maintenance planning and documentation efforts.
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
* 1–2 years of experience in power plant electrical maintenance preferred.
* Capability to thrive in a high-demand, technical environment.
5. GA Facility Management Supervisor (Code: GA-FMS)
* Oversee facility maintenance schedules and building infrastructure.
* Manage logistics and support services across various departments.
* Ensure accurate recording and reporting of General Affairs (GA) assets.
* Diploma (D3) in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
* 5–7 years of experience in GA or Facility Management (3–5 years in a managerial role).
* Fluent in English with expert-level communication skills.
