## The Role: Project Admin
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Admin to join our Cikarang team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our solar installations are executed efficiently, managing the documentation and coordination necessary to keep our projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Oversee the end-to-end collection and organization of vital project data.
* Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project files, including Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and detailed financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and facilitating meetings with external partners.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, track material deliveries, and ensure all deliverables align with contractual requirements.
* Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinate with various internal functions to address project needs and ensure seamless documentation flow.
