1. Management Trainee: Administration Head
The Administration Head plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our branch offices. You will be responsible for balancing operational efficiency with financial accuracy.
* Supervise daily branch operations to ensure organizational objectives are met.
* Formulate and implement strategies for sales unit and service administration.
* Maintain accurate administrative databases and records.
* Oversee general affairs and human resource administration at the branch level.
* Manage branch-specific financial reporting and taxation compliance.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum of two years of experience in finance; however, high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* High mobility and willingness to be stationed at any Astra UD Trucks location across Indonesia.
