## Production Operator: Role and Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at PT Astra Honda Motor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards that define the Honda brand. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Manufacturing Excellence: Executing production tasks at your designated station in strict accordance with Operational Standards (OS) to ensure targets for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) are consistently met.
* Precision Operations: Utilizing specialized tools and equipment to assemble components according to technical specifications, ensuring that cutting tools and attachments are managed within their defined lifespans.
* Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough visual inspections of incoming parts to verify they meet established quality criteria.
* Product Integrity: Performing visual and dimensional checks on finished components at your station to guarantee every unit leaves the line meeting factory-approved standards.
* Proactive Reporting: Identifying and immediately escalating any abnormalities in parts, processes, or machinery to your supervisor to facilitate quick resolutions and minimize downtime.
## Candidate Qualifications
