As a Lathe Production Operator, your core functions include executing precision machining processes, maintaining continuous quality assurance, and preserving equipment integrity:
* Machining Execution: Set up and run precision lathe operations strictly adhering to authorized Work Orders (WO) and engineering blueprints.
* Quality Verification: Perform rigorous dimensional checks and surface inspections on finished workpieces to ensure strict compliance with client specifications.
* Routine Maintenance: Conduct mandatory daily machine inspections, monitor coolant and lubrication levels, and identify early signs of wear or mechanical faults.
