## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of operational leaders. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are upheld across every shift. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Production Oversight: Monitor and control manufacturing outputs throughout your shift to ensure all targets are met in strict alignment with production planning.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and conduct root-cause analysis regarding production yields, product defects, and material waste.
* Operational Excellence: Lead, guide, and implement rigorous safety protocols and 5S (5R) methodologies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
