Open Position: Administration Trainee (AT)
The Administration Trainee (AT) program is designed to develop the next generation of administrative leaders within our company. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to ensure they are fully prepared to handle the complexities of our palm oil mill operations.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the Administration Trainee role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Male, with a maximum age of 25 years.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm, physically fit, and must not be color blind.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites throughout Sumatra.
* Commitment: Must be willing to complete a 6-month intensive training program and adhere to a 2-year service bond.
