## Career Opportunity: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Operator to join our dynamic production team. This role is critical to maintaining our high manufacturing standards and ensuring the seamless delivery of our sustainable fiber products.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day success of our chemical plant operations. Your primary duties include:
* Equipment Management: Operate production machinery and equipment strictly following safety protocols and established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Monitor output quality consistently to identify, address, and manage any faulty products through discard or re-manufacturing processes.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain precise daily production logs and operational parameters to facilitate comprehensive manufacturing performance analysis.
