## Management Trainee Program
We are scouting for future leaders to join our Management Trainee program across several specialized departments.
* Available Tracks: Bodywork Production, Stamping & Tools Production, Logistics, and Marketing.
* Requirements:
* S1 or S2 degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00.
* Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or Accounting.
* Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
* Genuine interest in the autobody manufacturing industry.
* Strong leadership capabilities and potential.
## Managerial Positions
We are looking for seasoned professionals to fill critical leadership roles within our organization.
Manager Business Development (Asset Management)
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee physical and non-physical assets, conduct audits, and manage procurement and asset disposal.
* Qualifications: S1 degree in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in SAP/Ms. Office, and at least five years of managerial experience. Strong stress and time management skills are essential.
Manager IT
* Key Responsibilities: Lead the IT department, manage budgets, implement work plans, and coordinate with stakeholders.
* Qualifications: Minimum S1 in Information Technology or Informatics Engineering, with at least five years of experience in IT programming. Deep expertise in SAP ABAP and proven leadership skills are required.

Supervisor Purchasing
* Key Responsibilities: Manage material and service procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* Qualifications: S1 in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in SAP and fluency in Mandarin are highly desirable.
Supervisor Welding
* Key Responsibilities: Drive production KPIs, plan work processes, and ensure adherence to safety (K3) and 5R standards.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 (Mechanical Engineering preferred), with at least 3 years of experience in production processes. Must be adept at using Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
## Administrative and Operational Staff
We are expanding our support teams to ensure organizational efficiency.
* Staff Production Planning, Inventory Control & Delivery: Requires a D3 in IT and strong data reporting skills. SAP proficiency is an advantage.
* Staff Costing: Requires a D3 in Accounting with experience in cost analysis and inventory control.
* Staff Finance: Requires a D3 in Finance/Accounting. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of managing under pressure, and familiar with SAP. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
* Staff Bangunan (Building Maintenance): Requires a D3/S1 in Civil Engineering. Expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory, along with the ability to calculate material volumes and RAB.
