1. R&D Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented, communicative team player to support the efficiency of our Research and Development operations. This role is integral to maintaining the organizational health of the department.
* Manage and oversee contractor-related administrative tasks.
* Handle departmental personnel documentation.
* Maintain accurate internal records and files.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, Agribusiness, or a relevant field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
* Strong ability to manage data and generate comprehensive reports.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional command of English.
* A proactive attitude and a strong ability to function within a collaborative team.
* Preference given to candidates currently residing in Jambi.
* Willingness to be stationed in Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi (Remote Area).
2. Nursery Supervisor (Maintenance)
This position is designed for an agricultural expert who ensures that our nursery production remains high-performing and efficient through meticulous care and monitoring.
* Supervise the harvesting of cuttings and related propagation activities.
* Manage daily operations including fertilization, irrigation, and replanting cycles.
* Execute weed control, pesticide application, and general nursery maintenance.
* Monitor plant health and provide regular status updates to the Nursery Coordinator.
* Ensure production targets are met while assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agroecotechnology, or a related field.
* Minimum of one year of professional experience in nursery management.
* In-depth knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding stool plant maintenance.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Willingness to be stationed in Jambi (Remote Area).
