## Career Opening: Warehouse Administrator
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics and supply chain division at our Karawang facility. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our GMP-compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Accurately input and update data regarding incoming and outgoing inventory within our ERP systems.
* Documentation Excellence: Prepare and maintain comprehensive warehouse reports and shipping documentation, ensuring total compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* Operational Compliance: Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, as well as established quality and warehouse management procedures.
* Stock Oversight: Monitor real-time stock availability, coordinate periodic cycle counts, and perform full stock opname activities.
* Systems Proficiency: Utilize enterprise software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, to maintain precise inventory records.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact, coordinating daily operational tasks with various internal departments to ensure efficient production cycles.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in pharmaceutical logistics and regulatory adherence:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry with a solid understanding of supply chain workflows.
* Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of material handling procedures—including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping—aligned with Ministry of Health and BPOM (CPOB/GMP) regulations.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry processes, documentation requirements, and specialized equipment standards.
* Communication & IT: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong command of the English language.
