## Role Overview: Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and operational integrity of our retail services. You will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and that our financial reporting meets the highest standards of transparency.
Key Responsibilities
* Journal Management: Oversee the entry of daily purchase and sales journals.
* Inventory and Cash Control: Conduct routine Stock Opname and Cash Opname procedures to ensure balance and accuracy.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and perform in-depth analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
* Transaction Audit: Diligently verify financial transactions to maintain ledger integrity.
* Database Management: Organize and manage the company’s accounting database effectively.
* Financial Support: Execute additional finance-related tasks as required by the management team.
## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical expertise and personal discipline. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting.
* Work Experience: While a minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail or minimarket sector is preferred, highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and fluency in the "Accurate" accounting software.
