## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
Are you a legal professional with a passion for employee relations and manufacturing labor dynamics? We are seeking an experienced specialist to manage our industrial relations portfolio at our Gempol plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage comprehensive litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Foster and maintain healthy union relations and employee relations.
* Draft precise legal opinions and legal standings.
* Draft, review, and evaluate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Handle external relations with government bodies, including the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff within a manufacturing environment.
* Preference given to candidates possessing a valid advocate certificate.
* Willing to be based at our Plant in Gempol, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Deep understanding of litigation and non-litigation processes.
* Proficiency in drafting legal opinions, standings, and MoUs.

## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and execute internal audits alongside annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Compile and recapitulate monthly and quarterly internal audit results.
* Coordinate cross-sectionally to resolve internal audit findings.
* Conduct thorough internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to product safety policies.
* Assist and prepare facilities for pre-external audit inspections.
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related major.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, both oral and written.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a QA Internal Audit professional within the manufacturing industry.
* Willing to be stationed at our Plant in Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Comprehensive knowledge of Internal Audit standards based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
