## Role and Key Responsibilities
Our Production Operators are the heartbeat of our facility. They are responsible for ensuring that our high-quality standards are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing cycle. The core duties for this position include:
* End-to-End Production: Managing the complete cake manufacturing process, from raw material preparation to the final packaged product.
* Operational Execution: Strictly following instructions provided by the Team Leader to ensure seamless workflow.
* Workplace Excellence: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment by consistently practicing 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) methodologies.
* Precision and Efficiency: Executing production tasks with high speed and meticulous accuracy while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Essential Qualifications
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Between 18 and 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA) or equivalent.
