## Available Positions and Professional Requirements

1. Account Payable
* Responsibilities: Verify invoice accuracy, perform three-way matching against Purchase Orders (PO), manage vendor payments, conduct debt reconciliations, and maintain comprehensive financial reporting.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management; minimum 2 years of experience; proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reconciliation principles.
2. Supervisor of Distribution & Logistics
* Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end logistics, optimize transport routes, manage operational budgets, and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering; 3–5 years of experience in logistics supervision; willing to travel across Indonesia.
3. Data Analyst – Distribution & Logistics
* Responsibilities: Validate logistics data, develop monitoring dashboards, analyze distribution efficiency, and generate data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Informatics, or related fields; 2–3 years of experience; advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
4. Procurement Invoice Verification & Compliance Officer
* Responsibilities: Conduct detailed verification of invoices and tax documents, ensure compliance with commercial contracts, and oversee internal financial controls regarding procurement transactions.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; 3–5 years of experience; in-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and advanced Excel proficiency.
5. Tax Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage monthly tax filings (SPT Masa) for PPh and PPN, reconcile tax data with accounting records, and ensure strict adherence to evolving tax regulations.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation; minimum 6 years of experience; mandatory certification in Brevet A, B, and C.
6. Quantity Surveyor (QS) Staff
* Responsibilities: Perform precise quantity take-offs, prepare project cost estimations (RAB), analyze unit prices, and monitor physical project progress against budget specifications.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; 2–3 years of experience; mandatory professional certification from the Indonesian Quantity Surveyor Association (IQSI).
