## 1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
We are looking for a dedicated recruitment professional to manage high-volume staffing requirements across our operational regions. You will play a critical role in scaling our workforce through strategic sourcing and efficient talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically focusing on AKAD and AKL schemes.
* Manage mass hiring initiatives and fulfill manpower requirements across multiple geographic locations.
* Conduct sourcing, administrative screening, interviews, and final candidate selection.
* Liaise with the Department of Manpower regarding AKAD, AKL, and WLKP compliance.
* Coordinate with recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of operational staff, such as harvesters, maintenance workers, and daily laborers.
* Monitor candidate progress from initial application to final placement.
* Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in high-volume or operational recruitment.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and Indonesian labor administration.
* Willingness to conduct regular business travel across Indonesia.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong data management skills.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
## 2. KSO Financial Monitoring Staff
This role is essential for ensuring the fiscal health and operational integrity of our Joint Operation (KSO) units. You will be responsible for rigorous oversight and ensuring that all financial transactions align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Control and monitor all financial transactions and activities within KSO units.
* Track the realization of revenue, operational expenses, and cash flow periodically.
* Verify financial documents, invoices, and payment supporting evidence.
* Perform variance analysis between actual spending and approved budgets.
* Prepare systematic financial monitoring reports for management review.
* Reconcile financial data across various reports and internal accounting records.
* Identify financial risks and coordinate with operational units to resolve administrative issues.
* Support internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
* 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial controlling.
* Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Experience with Joint Operation (KSO) structures is a distinct advantage.
* High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical prowess.
* Ability to manage multiple project units simultaneously under strict deadlines.
* Willingness to be stationed based on operational requirements.
