1. Management Trainee Program 2026
This intensive program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within the Adhimix ecosystem, including placements in PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia, PT. Adhimix PCI Indonesia, PT. Abadi Prima Inti Karya, and PT. Indo Sarana Jaya Perkasa.
* Qualifications:
* Open to fresh graduates with a minimum D4 (Diploma IV) degree.
* Relevant majors: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, and Accounting.
* Minimum GPA of 2.75.

* Requirements:
* D3/S1 in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* 1–2 years of experience in engineering, design, or R&D.
* Proficiency in 3D modeling, assembly, and technical shop drawings.
* Deep understanding of mechanical design principles, material strength, and industrial standards (SNI, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and producing detailed 3D mechanical models and fabrication drawings.
* Conducting reverse engineering and creating product prototypes.

3. HSE Staff (Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)

* Requirements:
* D3 in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or Public Health.
* Possess a valid SIM A driving license; AK3U certification from the Ministry of Manpower is highly preferred.
