## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking high-caliber individuals who are ready to make a significant impact. To be eligible for the program commencing in September 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender: Male.
2. Age: Maximum 25 years old.
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
4. Academic Standard: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
5. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
6. Residence: Willingness to reside in company-provided housing during the training period.
7. Commitment: Must agree to a two-year service bond.
8. Health: Good physical and mental health; must not be colorblind.
9. Readiness: Willingness to undergo intensive and rigorous training.
