## Current Career Opening: Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor
Wilmar International is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their team as a Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor. This role is designed for emerging professionals who are passionate about precision agriculture and operational excellence in plantation management.
Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Agronomy, Plantation Management, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.80.
* Experience Level: Welcoming both fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong capabilities in computer literacy, with specific expertise in Microsoft Office suites.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be assigned to any of Wilmar’s palm oil plantation locations across Indonesia.
