## Open Positions and Qualification Requirements
We are currently recruiting for several key divisions. Candidates must possess a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 and be physically and mentally fit to work in our Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang locations.
1. Accounting Division
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, understanding of accounting cycles (closing books), and competency in managing financial reports (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
2. Drone Team
* Education: D3/S1 from any major.
* Key Skills: Basic drone operation and maintenance, familiarity with Mission Planner software or similar flight applications.
3. Factory Division
* Technical Requirements:
* Mill, Boiler, & Engineering: D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering.
* Process House: D3/S1 Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or Food Technology.
* Electric & Instrumentation: S1 Electrical Engineering.
* General FAS: D3/S1 in any major.
* Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical decision-making skills.
4. Personnel (HR) Division
* Education: S1 Law or equivalent.
* Key Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of current Indonesian labor regulations, and strong data analysis capabilities.
5. Plantation Division
* Education: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Agricultural, Geodesy, Survey/Mapping).
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and analytical thinking.
6. Workshop Division
* Education: D3/S1 Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Skills: Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnostic skills, and strong mechanical aptitude.
7. Warehouse & Inventory
* Education: D3/D4/S1 from any major.
* Key Skills: Excellent organizational and data management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a strict orientation toward Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
