## Recruitment & Selection Staff
The Recruitment & Selection Staff plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. This position is designed for a dedicated professional capable of managing talent acquisition strategies that align with our high production standards.
Core Responsibilities
* End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment life cycle to ensure all manpower requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Oversee the administration of psychological testing and conduct professional interviews to identify top-tier candidates.
* Talent Database Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment databases and talent pools to facilitate proactive hiring.
* Partnership Development: Foster and sustain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and various talent pipelines.
* Process Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of recruitment metrics to propose and implement initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
* Experience: Proven professional experience in recruitment and selection processes is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office and various digital recruitment management systems.
* Professional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of advanced interviewing techniques and psychological test administration.
