## Open Positions and Key Responsibilities
1. Propaganda Staff
* Responsibilities: Execute plant visits and film screenings, master product knowledge, maintain promotional equipment, and identify potential growth opportunities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Biology, Health, Nutrition, Food Technology, or Agriculture), excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken), and a valid Driving License (SIM A).
2. Quality Control Staff
* Responsibilities: Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
* Requirements: Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Chemistry. Proficiency in MS Office and valid Covid-19 vaccination certification are required.
3. PPIC Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage procurement administration, track inventory, monitor production planning, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure efficient supply chain flow.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Finance. High attention to detail and ability to manage complex reporting.
4. Operator Packing
* Responsibilities: Monitor packing quality and quantity, maintain hygiene standards, and draft production reports.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (IPA/IPS). Open to fresh graduates.
5. Operator Equipment (WWTP)
* Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machines in the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and manage industrial waste (B3 & Non-B3).
* Requirements: High school/vocational diploma (Mechanical preferred), minimum one year of relevant experience, and MS Office literacy.
6. Operator Bottling
* Responsibilities: Manage machinery operations, perform product quality checks, and ensure rigorous sanitation and sterilization of production equipment.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (IPA/IPS) and valid Covid-19 vaccination status.
7. Tax Staff
* Responsibilities: Implement tax regulations, specifically PPh and PPN, and ensure all documents align with tax reporting requirements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Economics. Must possess Brevet A & B certificates (unless holding a Taxation degree).
8. Billing Staff
* Responsibilities: Verify invoices, process credit receipts, and handle document exchanges.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics. Strong administrative skills and computer literacy are required.
