## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the Arkato Young Leader Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Age Requirement: Maximum 26 years old.
* Physical and Operational Readiness: Applicants must not be color blind and must be fully prepared to work at any of PT Uniteda Arkato’s project locations.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership potential, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
