* Act as the primary bridge between the dealer and the principal regarding product updates and certification programs.
* Facilitate product training and support showroom activities, including test drives and client interactions.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
* 1–2 years of experience as a Product Genius, Product Specialist, or Automotive Trainer.
* Proactive leadership abilities with the willingness to travel between locations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of automotive technical specifications and certification standards.
3. Unit Administration Staff
The backbone of our sales operations, this role ensures precision and compliance in every transaction.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Manage daily sales administration, including accurate documentation and payment verification.
* Oversee the end-to-end vehicle documentation process, from initial registration (STNK/BPKB) to final handover.
* Prepare detailed, accurate sales and financial reports to ensure internal compliance.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
* Detailed understanding of automotive sales cycles, leasing processes, and vehicle documentation.

4. Marketing Support Staff
This position ensures the seamless flow of financial and operational data that powers our dealership’s efficiency.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Ensure precise unit purchase input and timely payment processing.
* Manage petty cash and support Accounts Payable functions to maintain smooth financial operations.
* Oversee unit allocation via FIFO methods and validate margins prior to sale.
